Whilst we appreciate that occasionally it may be necessary to cancel or rearrange an appointment, we would ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice. This will allow us to allot the time to someone else who may be grateful for it. A cancellation fee may apply should you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing us with sufficient notice. We operate an effective appointment and recall system via SMS and will confirm your appointment by telephone the day before. Alternatively look out for one of our Tooth Fairy recall cards sent to your home address to remind you about making an appointment for your 6 – monthly check-up.
We at the Acland Street Dental Group aim to keep our fees as reasonably low as possible.
We accept all health funds available through HICAPS.
We do not BULK BILL as this allows us to have longer appointments with you, therefore spending more one-on-one time with each person.
We provide care under the Department of Veterans Affairs without any out of pocket expense. Patients with a senior card qualify for a 10% discount.
Our policy is that all accounts must be settled on the day of treatment. We accept cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards.
